My daughter and I happened upon this place as I was traveling down the scenic country road looking for something to do as we were consigning some clothing items. As I turned down the long lane I had no idea what was in store for us. They had a beautiful playground with goats to feed which kept my daughter entertained. She rolled down the hills of the lush, green grass and played on the multiple playgrounds. When we went inside we were treated to some of the best ice cream I have ever had. That is saying a lot as I normally prefer soft serve over hard dipped ice cream. If you live in or are visiting Lancaster County, this place is a must try. When we were in the parlor we met a sweet couple from New Jersey who came to the place based on recommendations. I don’t blame them. Not only is it a good atmosphere outside with benches, farm animals and playground equipment; the ice cream is top notch. We live far away and will be heading into winter soon, but trust me when I say I’ll be back soon!

We loved this find while visiting Amish country last week! We were traveling all the back roads and viewing the beautiful Amish farms when we ran across this place. It is LOVELY! Beautiful views, tasty and rich ice cream and products in their store, and fun for the kids with the many animals and playground on site. This Amish owned business has a farmhouse on property and I enjoyed watching them and their children interact…many that came over to the playground to play around closing time. Darling kids. They have a calf, baby goats, chickens, and even two litters of puppies on the property as of last week. We visited twice while there for the week…love black raspberry and butter pecan.

This is a great place to take family and friends! The ice cream is fantastic and the prices are reasonable. You can also buy them in containers to take home as well. They have seating outside for when it’s nice and warm as well! There milkshakes are the best!

Its not just about the delicious locally-made ice cream...its about an experience…”down on the farm” Family owned, Amish operated creamy, established in 2018. Even the youngest little girl has a small task in the shop! A wide selection of ice cream is manufactured on the premises from their herd and is served in a beautiful new yet rustic store. Several other dairy products, including cheese, are displayed in large fridges. The creamery is located on a real working farm where children can play safely and even feed the goats and calves…all this while everyone can enjoy the most delicious ice cream around. Seating is available in the store, on the porch and outside under umbrellas. The word “peaceful” comes to mind, no matter where one finds a spot to relax and drink in the ambience on this beautiful property. Sadly, this place is no longer a secret kept by the locals...it’s a busy place, especially on weekends. However, there is plenty of parking for standard vehicles.

Great atmosphere, a long farm driveway leading to a goat pen and drive thru ice cream stand, or go into the store for some milk, cheese, root beer (new offering) and gallons of dessert. About 20 flavors to choose from for your cone. Watch the labels though, only the natural vanilla was really natural.

Excellent ice cream spot! Super Amish establishment. Cute playground with animals to look at. They had baby goats when we were there which were so cute and let you pet them at the fence. Small play area for little kids. Staff is super friendly and kind. Can't wait to go back! Great customer service as well!
